Traffic Impact Analysis Report Drafter

Use when a transportation engineer, traffic operations PE, PTOE, site-development consultant, transportation planner, or land-use review staff member needs to draft a Traffic Impact Analysis (TIA) or Traffic Impact Study (TIS) report for a proposed land development (site plan, subdivision, rezoning, special-use permit, driveway permit) per the in-scope agency's TIA guidelines, ITE Trip Generation Manual, and HCM Level-of-Service methodology.
