何时调用 用户：
- 粘贴逐字稿或大纲，索要 shownotes、播客描述、发布文案
- 说“写我的 shownotes”“写单集标题”“帮我发布这集”“写 audiogram 文案”“写单集邮件”等
- 要单集摘要、要点、时间戳
- 要推广物料（邮件、社媒、audiogram）
不触发：
- 生成音频或制作整集——超出范围
- 整档节目命名、RSS 设置、整体策略——超出范围
- 诊断旧集表现——无新内容可打包
步骤 1 — 识别输入状态、单集格式、缺失信息 单集格式（若输入未明示，只问一句）： “这是 solo/教育型、访谈型，还是叙事/讲故事型？”
格式差异
- Solo / 教育：主讲人观点为主；要点用其框架
- 访谈：嘉宾是卖点；需嘉宾姓名+1–2 句简介；shownotes 先介绍嘉宾；引用以嘉宾为主
- 叙事：按章节可能不适用；用“故事亮点”替代时间戳
