Code Audit

Use this skill for code audits, security reviews, PR reviews, repo risk reviews, regression reviews, architecture reviews, and Chinese prompts such as "代码审计", "安全审计", "审一下这个 repo", "帮我 review 这个 PR", or "有没有偏离项目初心". It keeps audits aligned with project intent by reading README/AGENTS/docs first, then inspects code/diffs/tests, and uses a user-specified or strongest available non-development reviewer model/subagent when policy allows. If no independent reviewer is available, explicitly disclose that and recommend another model family or human review because same-model audits can share blind spots.
